RedRush 720 ULTRA Body Light

Well it’s been up and down it’s really hard to figure out the amount t of time and distance from light when I first got it I started three ft away for 5 minutes in front and 5 in back which seemed to give me energy then as I read more other authors on red light therapy they all seem to differ on distance and time so be been experimenting with different times and distances I’ve started to move closer and go longer over time but last night I believe I over did it I was two ft away and last night I was in pain mostly my legs and all day today I’ve felt fatigue it’s end of day now and starting to feel better

I do have a question that no one has brought up tho about weight and size of a person myself I’m thin only have 14 %body fat which to means that it may mean that a thin person might need to be farther than say someone me who is obese any thoughts on this thank you for checking I do believe once I figure out the right dose it will really help me it has in the beginning I also got it for my neuropathy in my feet and calves hoping it would help them

Education is the key to being a good consumer. Red light Company does a wonderful job of educating you about the process and their product. Red Rush 720 is easy to use and doesn't have in needed bells and whistles. I have been using the light full body with concentration on my sprained ankle which has healed quicker than any ankle injury. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to supply chain issues so delivery was long and they could have been more proactive following up . Also if you place it on a door as they suggest, the box bangs against the door when you open the door. Some type of cushion would be helpful.
