I actually bought this one for my son, because I already have one. I use mine every day for skin and for a boost to my thyroid gland. I also use it for general well being.
My 32 year old son just had open heart surgery to replace a valve that was not functioning to full capacity. When he gets the ok, he'll use the infrared light to help in healing.

Started using it less than 3 wks ago and can take 6-8 wks for joints to improve but i feel some improvement already. Easy to use & move around and i found the red light therapy book by Ari Whitten to be very informative & well written. I was able to figure out how to use it for my purposes & what to avoid.
